My girlfriends and I have an amazing afternoon at Taylor Made Gourmet's recent workshop learning how to use salads as a main meal, expanding on salad dressings and presenting open sandwiches more excitingly. Thanks to Simone and Carol for a great couple of hours and look forward to the next one.

I'm living overseas temporarily and I've now send two boxes of these cookies as gifts to family members and the feedback has been, "we loved them"!! Looking forward to trying the cookies myself soon. Apparently Nutella was a favourite. Packing is very appealing too.
